  • Do the accessories in your clothing marketing pictures come with the clothing items ordered?
Accessories pictured in our marketing photos are not included with your order unless it is an option added at checkout, or stated otherwise as an advertised promotion. Not all accessories pictured are available for sale.
  • Where can I purchase items sold by Dylan James Boutique?
Dylan James Boutique is an independent children's clothing boutique operating exclusively as an e-commerce boutique. Our items are sold on our website and through our social media accounts only. 
  • What are your shipping and return policies?
Shipping:
    • We process and ship most orders out within 3-5 business days, unless your item is a preorder.
    • We use a tiered approach for shipping charges through USPS:
      • $0 - $24.99: $5.99 shipping
      • $25.00 - $49.99: $9.99 shipping
      • Orders $50.00+: FREE shipping
    • We are not responsible for any lost/stolen items once shipped. Please check your item's shipping status/tracking information with the appropriate mail carrier.
    • Insurance can be added to your shipment upon request.
Returns:
    • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
    • We only accept returns if the item is damaged or defective. We must be informed of the damage or defective nature of the item the same day that you received it.
    • Shipping charges (original and return) are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Sale/clearance items are final sale with no returns or exchanges accepted.
